Anna Silk

Anna Silk is a Canadian actor who was born on the 31st of January 1974. She's best known for her role as Bo from the Showcase Television series Lost Girl. Silk is born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk's parents are Peter Silk, an academic as well as Peter Silk who was a well-known actor as well as a producer, director, writer, teacher, and Director of Drama, St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is able to recall the first moments in her life, including attending rehearsals and watching of stage plays. Silk was nominated in 2009 for the Gemini Awards in her role as Cassidy Holland. Her most notable role was as Bo Dennis, a succubus and a succubus in Lost Girl. Silk got pregnant in the course of production of the third season finale episode. The news was announced to the fans during a Showcase pre-show Season Three special on January 6 2013. Silk is working on Lost Girl since the season's third finale episode was first conceived on January 6 2013, announced on Twitter that she would return to the show on June 4th, 2013 as Showcase and Prodigy Pictures began production of fourth season. CNN's Cable News Network named her portrayal of Bo as well as Lauren (Zoie Parker) in Lost Girl as same-sex couples as one of their most-loved TV Couples. E! named them the Top TV Couple for 2013.
